Before You Reach Out

We recommend reaching out six months to a year before you’d like construction to begin. There is a lot of work that should happen before anyone breaks ground, and starting early lets everyone make thoughtful decisions instead of rushing them. Our schedule fills well in advance, and if we can’t fit your project in and still deliver the work we stand by, we’ll tell you honestly.

For a new home or substantial renovation, we typically expect you to already own the property and have financing or funding in place for the scope of work.

Helpful to bring, but none of it required: A property or lot survey, conceptual or architectural plans, realistic preliminary budget inspiration photos or examples of homes you like, general list of your priorities.

SERVING RHODE ISLAND

We work throughout Rhode Island, with a particular focus on the state’s coastal and waterfront communities. We also take on projects in inland towns when the project and client are the right fit.
