About 39 Mountain Laurel
39 Mountain Laurel is a new custom home that Fontaine Brothers is building from the ground up in Tiverton, Rhode Island. The home has a covered front porch, an attached garage, and a two-story layout finished in blue siding with white trim.
Like every build we take on, this one started with careful planning: a site evaluation, a detailed scope, and a fixed contract price before construction began. Chris Fontaine, a licensed Rhode Island builder (CRLB #19127), is overseeing the project from start to finish. The photos below follow the build so far, and we’ll add finished photos when the home is complete.
Build Highlights
Here is how 39 Mountain Laurel has come together so far.
1. Site Work & Foundation
We cleared the lot, set the footings, and formed the foundation walls, so the home would sit level and solid.
2. Framing & Dry-In
The walls, floors, and roof went up, then sheathing and house wrap closed in the structure so interior work could begin.
3. Exterior & Interior
Blue siding, white trim, and the covered porch took shape outside while insulation and framing details inside.
