About 43 Lake Road

43 Lake Road is a full-house renovation by Fontaine Brothers in Narragansett, Rhode Island. We worked with the home that was already there and rebuilt it from the inside out, so it fits the way the owners live today.

A project like this starts before any demolition. We assessed the home’s existing conditions, settled the scope and a fixed contract price, and pulled the permits. Then we protected what was staying and opened up the rest. Chris Fontaine, a licensed Rhode Island builder (CRLB #19127), stayed involved from the first walkthrough to the last.
